Contains the nine papers on education and training in conservation presented at a special session of the 10th annual Training Programs Conference (Cambridge, MA, May 2-4, 1984). The directors of the Fogg, New York University. State University of New York at Buffalo, Winterthur/University of Delaware. Queen's University, Columbia University-New York University Library and Archives Conservation, Pomerantz Institute conservation training programs discuss the histories, curricula, and facilities of their institutions. A curriculum for training in ethnographic and archaeological conservation is suggested, and the status of professional education in architectural conservation is explored.
