Abstract
Two manuscripts describing Welsh tours early in the Industrial Revolution have been studied, and sections are transcribed. One was dated to 1782, and information was gained on iron and copper smelting, methods of iron ore extraction and the making of wire, cannon and tinplate in the area at that time. -- AATA
