Abstract
Notes on a talk, illustrated with slides, on the type of decay that occurred between 1909 and 1972 on the Augsburg prophet windows (Germany). An increased rate of attack since 1945 is due to carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide. Conservation methods are illustrated, including the use of external protective glazing. -- ICCROM
