The compositions used for producing peelable films or coatings, e.g., for labels, are prepared by mixing an organopolysiloxane with at least 2 vinyl silicone groups; an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, containing at least two Si-H bonds; and a metallic catalyst for the addition of the vinyl and hydrogen groups, together with a specified proportion of alcoholor polyethermodified organopolysiloxane.
