Abstract
Through a comprehensive analysis of “The monitoring and evaluation report of conservation environment for cultural relics in Wuhan Museum,†the controlling measures and effects on temperature, humidity, air pollution and illumination conditions, in Wuhan Museum were evaluated, which was the results of the first stage of the standard construction of conservation environment. Suggestions were put forward that a professional committee of standard construction of conservation environment for cultural relics should be established and strengthen the research of the micro conservation environment. The regulation of conservation environment for collections in museums should be published and put into practice as soon as possible. More attention should be paid to resolve the principal contradiction in the environment protection, the construction of new museums, display preparing and environment rebuilding. It emphasized that the standard construction of the conservation environment must be done under the guide of the development view, aiming at turning the traditional protection to scientifically overall protection of cultural relics in China.
