Abstract
The effect of residual solvent content on the dissolution rate of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), a cresol-formaldehyde novolac, and a resist comprising a mixture of the novolac resin and a diazo photosensitive compound has been studied. The results are discussed. -- AATA
