The author describes the molding, in situ of the Pillar of Eliseg. Preliminary tests, choice of materials, and estimation of quantities are described. The actual molding process using latex, polyester resin, and glass fiber is described in detail, as is the process used to produce the replica which was carried out in the laboratory.
