The authors study the relationship between bond shear strength of elastomeric adhesives under various exposures and some of the physical properties of the adhesives themselves. Adhesives chosen represent three common, but different, commercially available materials. The adhesives examined were commercial PVA, styrene-butadiene-rubber, and polyurethanes. -- AATA
