Abstract
A 22nd-26th dynasty mummy from Deir El-Bahri (now in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston) was examined by the non-invasive techniques of x-radiography and computed tomography, as part of the preparation for an exhibit of the art and science of Egyptian funerary practices. The conservation of the outer wrappings and the technical examination and treatment of a bead network are discussed. References.
