Black Max single-component adhesive, available from Loctite Corporation, Newington, Connecticut, is an elastomer-modified cyanoacrylate that cures to fixturing strength in two minutes and is said to be up to twenty times stronger than other epoxies. Used on aluminum, steel, neoprene, and epoxy-glass, it is designed for original equipment manufacture assembly applications.
