Abstract
Tyvek is a group of spunbonded sheet products made of olefin fiber. This material is being used increasingly in apparel products. Proper cleaning and handling procedures for Tyvek fabrics, including instructions for spotting, dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and finishing are discussed. Special problems associated with caring for Tyvek fabrics are described.
