Abstract
The CIE standard illuminants A, B, C, and D<sub>65</sub> represent phases of light in different spectral ranges and are defined by specific color temperatures. Kodak has prepared a source to simulate D<sub>65</sub> daylight which gives a similar spectral energy distribution to it; this is particularly important when dealing with fluorescent dyes. -- AATA
