Abstract
The article exposes the analysis of a singular industrial non declared heritage: The rooms settlements linked to Hydroelectrical centrals from the first half of the XX century from Castilla la Mancha. It is an indivisible binomy; it could not have central without settlement in which its employers lived, since it location depends on the nearness to natural resources and this fact made that the electrical companies projected spaces beyond from the working space, generating self-sufficient colonies as a small cities. The study is centered in the working settlement from Villaro (Enguidanos, 1914-1949). It was to give to know, in order to preserve and recover, a large and disperse and left heritage with very specific values: architectonical, technological, sociological, surrounding and cultural values.
