Caring for wooden objects is discussed under three general headings. In Prevent Problems the all important subjects of climate control as well as the placement of wooden objects and consideration of housekeeping aids are presented. The avoidance of Nonsolutions to the restoration of the objects to the point of doing nothing is advised. Under Surface Treatments and Finishes features of an ideal finish are listed as are types of finishes.
