Abstract
An attempt is made to study the effect of ultraviolet radiation on the adhesion of leather finish. Radiation is found to result in crosslinking in some paints and varnishes which are the binding materials. Epoxy coating with smooth surface showed light chalking and the adhesion was found to be dosage dependent when they were exposed to 60 Co gamma radiation. -- AATA
