This paper reports on the evaluation work place environment and energy consumption in an office for intellectual creative work. The concept of this project is “Increase of work place productivity” and “Reduction of environmental load”. We designed the diversity work place. The temperature difference of “infopark area” and “desk work area” was about 1 degree all through the year. But Workers felt the same comfortable “infopark area” compared with “desk work area”. So, Energy consumption in this office has reduced about 33% compared with the standard office in Japan.
