Abstract
In accordance with the federally organized educational system of the Federal Republic of Germany, there are various levels for training conservators: those on the occupational training level, those on the somewhat higher level of the professional school as professional academy, furthermore those of the professional college and the university. This article criticizes the consequences of spreading mis-education: the loss of practical training in favor of ever increasing organized classroom instruction within the framework of curriculum and semester hours such as the over-estimating of cognitive learning processes, in particular in the area of the natural sciences at the expense of artistic training. For this reason the following principle holds: with increasing classroom instruction, practical training decreases and simultaneously the growing standardization of people follows. The increase of instruction running into a void promotes training schizophrenia and favors rampant professional nihilism.
