The Centro per la Conservazione delle Sculture all'Aperto in Bologna, now the International Cesare Gnudi Foundation, has expanded its research programs beyond stone sculpture research to include other materials and artistic techniques. New instrumentation has been acquired for organic and inorganic analysis, sample preparation, analysis of building materials, and weathering tests. Educational activities are conducted. Included is a bibliography of research papers published by the staff.
