A description of a Greek bronze from the Izmi Museum included in the traveling exhibit Art Treasures of Turkey circulated by the Smithsonian Institution, 1966-1968, includes the casting technique. The sculpture seems to have been made out of a great number of separate pieces, cast independently and then joined by soldering. -- AATA -- AATA
