The mechanisms of radiation damage by ultraviolet light are discussed. The various ultraviolet filtering formulations supplied in Plexiglas are given. These include cast sheets and molding powders for use in close proximity to exhibits where no color change is desirable and for maximum protection against radiation damage in windows and sky lights, or in exhibit cases and frames where a slight yellow tint is not objectionable. -- AATA
