Comparisons are offered between weathering data taken from automotive interiors of cars exposed to actual weathering conditions and those from laboratory weathering trials. Significant differences were found, particularly in that newer car designs increased the glass area and hence the greenhouse effect in the cars' interiors. -- AATA
