Abstract
On January 6, 1981, the grave of St. Anthony of Padua was opened in the Capalla dell'Arca der Basilika del Santo, Padua. The event took place on the occasion of the 750th anniversary of the saint's death. The vestments and other objects found in the grave, which had been opened several times previously, were carefully conserved and restored. (See also AATA 19-1452 and 21-490).
