Abstract
Description of a system for cleaning tombstones using a detergent pH neutral (litmus 7) and successive biocide treatments with litmus 3. Experiments have been carried out on different types of stones (tuff, travertino, sandstone, etc.) in the courtyard of the Tarquinia Museum. See also AATA 15-709 and 19-1790.
