This paper presents a survey and critique of the literature on the crosslinking of wool keratin with brief summaries of testing procedures used to detect crosslinking. Major observations are presented in tabular form. Tables and references are arranged in classes by reactive position in the reagent, by reaction mechanism, or by primary elements.
