Abstract
Two methods of fungal stain removal, by brushing or by compressing, were studied. Chloramine T (2-10%), chloramine T acidified with 1% citric acid (2-10%), hydrogen peroxide (4-8%), and calcium hypochlorite (0.5-10%) were used as bleaching agents. The best results were obtained after treatment of the object with 5% calcium hypochlorite by the compressing method.
