Abstract
This information sheet provides information on media and solubility along with additional miscellaneous remarks for a variety of techniques used on paper. For prints, the techniques are categorized as intaglio, relief, planographic, stencil, and monotype; there are several sub-techniques listed under each category. For drawings, the categories are pen and brush, pencil, and stick. For paintings, the categories are tempera, oil, synthetic resins, and collage. The last page of the information sheet provides information on the various cellulose fibers used in paper making. The types of fibers mentioned are cotton, wood pulp, grass, and bast or rope.
