Abstract
Chapter 7 gives procedures for developing roll film in a small, stainless steel tank. The first step in roll film processing, with which beginners often experience difficulties, is inserting the film onto the metal spools which hold the film in the developing tanks. Agitation requirements are stressed for each stage of the developing process. Techniques for ensuring negatives without dust or water spots are described.
