This patent is for a process to remove ball-point pen ink stains. The invention also relates to a composition for use in the removal process. The process is based on emulsification of ink stains. Ball-point ink contains organic compounds which include synthetic resin, and emulsification should serve to remove virtually any type of ball point ink stain. Specification for the emulsifying agent (or cleaning product) and the steps involved in removing stains are described.
