Abstract

The effect of alcohol ethoxylate and anionic detergents of varying hydrophobic and hydrophilic types and chain lengths on enzyme stability was investigated. Results showed that alcohol ethoxylates and ethoxy-sulfates had less effect on stability than surfactants with sulfonate groups. -- AATA
