This report reviews corrosion and erosion in a number of pipe systems on offshore platforms. The report deals with internal corrosion related to operational parameters, the localization of attacks and the principle causes of such attacks. The corrosion problems that have been experienced are also related to laboratory data. The report deals with pipe systems for produced water, injection water and seawater.
