A very brief description with plan and photographs of the conversion of the 1828 John Watson's School building to form galleries for the display of pictures, prints, and sculptures. The central corridor with a suspended false vault contains the displays sensitive to light and artificial lighting is reflected off the white vault to achieve the required 50 lux on the prints.
