The zoological collection of the field museum of natural history, chicago, has required large scale methods for handling and conservation. Described here are methods for housing, arrangement, cataloguing, and labelling. Treatment of skins to ensure their preservation, and fumigation methods are then covered, followed by notes on various materials, old and new.
