Describes a handmade sheet forming machine, constructed, after a model developed in the Bavarian State Library, Munich, by conservatory Georg Bargender. The machine is built mainly of wood and plastic and functions un the basis of hydrostatic principles. It works with a manually-produced vacuum, created by lifting an open box in which the screen is placed, by means of a system with wheels and nylon strings. Different fibrous suspensions and dyeing material are also discussed. -- AATA
