Abstract
Taking advantage of the Flinders Petrie collection of excavated bronze artifacts in the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, it has been possible to extend earlier work of Brill et al. to establish patterns in lead isotope ratios of artifacts from Dynasties XVIII-XXX in Egypt. Several examples are presented for the use of this data in dating and authentication of ill-provenanced bronze statuary from other sources. See also AATA 20-973 for related later study. -- AATA
