Abstract
Methods developed and used at the Research Laboratory for Archaeology at Oxford include: optical emission spectrometry, x-ray fluorescent spectrometry, x-ray diffraction, gamma-ray spectrometry, electron-probe micro-analyser. Method used on various metals and metal objects, ceramics and glass, and picture pigments are elaborated.
