Three weights of Reemay spun-bonded polyester films intended for use as painting supports by artists and dealers are described as resistant to mildew, yellowing, and buckling when wet. Transiltex has a canvas-like surface and is cheaper and more resistant to punctures and tearing than canvas, and needs no primer or gesso.
