The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined from new data recently collected that the margin of safety with current standards is non-existent. In reducing ozone, it is assumed that the procuction of related photochemical oxidants will simultaneously be reduced. At some point pollution laws may protect library and archival materials. -- AATA
