Texas Alkyls, Inc., of Houston, Texas, is redesigning the Library of Congress' book deacidification facility, which is to be located in Frederick, Maryland. Full operation of the large-scale facility, which will treat 1,000, 000 volumes per year, is expected by mid-1990. -- AATA
