Abstract
Abstracts of 14 posters submitted to the 1987 AIC annual conference among the treatments were the consevervation of a large map, a large gate, a Gaugin still life and a 45 tile panel. Methods for examination of fibres and for immunological detection of proteins were presented. The effects of gamma radiation on paint media and nitrogen oxides on works of art were shown. Application of neutron radiography and activation analysis of bronzes were demonstrated. Computer data normalization was explained.
