Abstract
The use of synthetic resins in retouching and as protective coatings for paintings is described. Compositions used include poly(vinyl acetate) AYAB, Paraloid B-72, Paraloid B-67, Rhoplex AC 34, and Elvax 40. (See also AATA 9-249 and 14-1005).
