Abstract
A two day workshop entitled Ark Building for Librarians was presented by the Worcester Area Cooperating Libraries Disaster Committee on August 21 and 22, 1984. This article describes the workshop. It gives guidelines for writing a disaster plan and ideas for supplimenting a plan already in place and cites Peter Water's Salvage of Water Damaged Library Materials as the standard manual.
