This article reports the results of an assessment of three color-measuring instruments (Diano Match-Scan, Hunter D-54P-5, Macbeth MS-2000) for objective textile acceptability judgment. Although there are differences which can be significant in some uses, the precision and accuracy of the three instruments in measuring color difference is essentially equivalent. -- AATA
