Abstract
Lead isotope and chemical analyses of arsenical copper and bronze artifacts from Troy and the Aegean show a variety of different copper sources in use in the late 4th and 3rd millennia BC. There is a discussion of Anatolian copper sources and the introduction of tin bronze into the area. The article suggests people from Anatolia briefly occupied the island of Kastri in the Aegean in the cycladic period. See also AATA 19-1833. -- AATA
