Abstract
During a conservation campaign at the German excavations in Olympia, 1979, the authors discovered a bronze statuette in the permanent exhibition of the New Museum in Olympia. This piece was still in its original casting-mantle (mold), as indicated by x-ray examination. A description of the research, opinions, and a stylistic and temporal classification are presented. -- AATA
