Abstract
Evaluating some sets of measures from buildings of the Harappan Culture, the units of length formerly used could be found: it is the Indus Foot of 345. 55 ± 0.42 mm, with a palm of 69.10 mm, which later became the basis of a decadic system. A table with some 30 pre-metric units of length is added. -- AATA
