Abstract
The use of the cold-setting synthetic polymer Technovit 404A for reproduction and repair of ancient glass is described. For a molding material, the author suggests silicone rubber, when there are no large undercuts, and a polysulphide rubber known as Naftoflex if there are (in conjunction with a layer of polyvinyl alcohol).
