Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Oak Ridge Associated Universities support the U. S. Department of Energy with the Carbon Dioxide and Climate Research Program and Carbon Dioxide Information Center. The Center compiles and maintains an on-line computer-searchable bibliographic data base on the potential effects on climate on an increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide. Sources of information for the data base include the DIALOG information system, the DOE Energy Data Base, the ORNL and ORAU libraries, and the personal files of researchers involved in carbon dioxide-climate research.
