This article is the minutes of a meeting on Adhesion of Thin Film in 1976. The meeting provided an insight into adhesion problems within several widely differing areas, although there was no new thinking on the correlation of results of nucleation theory and measurement with adhesion theory and measurement, a field which still needs to be thoroughly investigated.
