Summarizes discussion groups held at the January 1987 meeting of the American Library Association. The Preservation Administrators' Discussion Group focused upon education for preservation administrators, preservation statistics, and assistants. The Library Binding Discussion Group reported on two new training programs and computerization of binding records. The Reproduction of Library Materials Section discussed the features of three photocopiers which are recommended for archival work; a binding thesaurus is almost completed. -- AATA
