Abstract
Describes the treatment of a wall-painting on plaster that was badly damaged by the efflorescence of salts onto the surface. Conservation treatment included facing the plaster fragments with gauze and an acrylic emulsion adhesive prior to removal from the wall, and mounting these onto a multi-layer support. -- AATA
